in the category of "Driven machines and fixed and mobile installations",
The Denomination:
TECHNICAL NOVELTY for the "Pre-pneumatic nebulizer with AWASULF treatment system"
presented by COMPONENTES AGRÍCOLAS GENERAL, S.L. (GENERAL).
Phytosanitary treatment machine for tractor, able to perform treatments with liquid and solid products
independently or with both at the same time. It consists of a hydropneumatic spray system which has been
incorporated a dust treatment system in the absorption of the turbine of the nebulizer, so that you
can work with liquid, air and dust.
The conventional hydraulic spray system is joined by a dust tank in the suction of the turbine that allows
clean air or dust air to enter through a regulating gate that controls the operator from the tractor, giving
more or less passage to the dust, or closing completely allowing air only entry. This air generated
by the turbine enters its envelope and is carried to the spray bars where the outputs are located. These
air vents and nozzles coincide in the bars, so that a localized treatment of powder and liquid can be carried out
at the same time.
