Zaragoza Furniture Show evolves to improve the quality of the sector. This evolution comes to the innovation and design aspects. In the sixth edition, FMZ starts a new Design Contest that is reflected in values like commitment to the profesional, quality and excellence in the services.
The sixth edition of Furniture Show will be held in Zaragoza from 24th to 27th of January and will have important changes to make more attractive the visit to the brands and professionals. Internationalization and innovation are two basic pillars and, in this case, the first edition of this design contest appreciates the effort and evolution showed by three Spanish Companies and one Portuguese.
The Jury valued the work dedicated by these businesses to encourage the culture of the design and innovation. Moreover, Jury highlighted aspect such as environmental aspect, safety, technological advanced or element such as viability in the market.
The Jury members were the prestigious fashion illustrator, Arturo Elena, who was the president, the director of Aragon Design High School, Luisa Pellegero, the Aragon Architect Collegue, Ricardo Marco, the coordinator of the Degree in Engineering in Industrial Design and Product Development of the Zaragoza University, Ignacio Lopez and the president of the Aragon Official Association of Decorators and Interior Designers, Felix Bernal.
