Feria de Zaragoza

The Dairy Forum, organised by Vaca Pinta / Transmedia Comunicación, was one of the main novelties of the last edition of FIGAN. It brought together producers, distributors and experts from the sector to address key issues such as data management in milking, genetics, cattle feeding and sustainability.

The day was opened by María José Gómez, Regional Minister for the Rural Environment of the Galician Regional Government, accompanied by Rogelio Cuairán, general director of Feria de Zaragoza, and José Manuel Gegúndez, executive director of Vaca Pinta, who highlighted the importance of the dairy sector in the economy and the need to continue to focus on innovation and sustainability.

To close the day, the attendees enjoyed a tasting of cheeses made with high quality milk, highlighting the excellence of the Spanish dairy sector.

The large participation in the forum reaffirmed the need to promote these spaces for dialogue and collaboration within FIGAN.
