An extraordinary place
El Palacio de Congresos de Zaragoza was designed by a prestigious study of architects Nieto and Sobejano and it was raised for the Muestra Internacional EXPO ZARAGOZA 2008.
An emblematic architectonic design of the building outstands for its uniqueness and it astonishes with its size, since its length is 167m and its maximum height is 34m, holding over 22.000m2.
It features three delimited parts, exhibitions area, a lobby, conference rooms and an auditorium with capacity of 1.400 seats.
An outstanding feature is the spectacular, majestic and completely luminous hall of 20m in height, since its location allows the incoming natural light through the main entrance as well as the pointed ceiling, which makes the structure more spacious.
Located on the river Ebro bank, it offers numerous forms of leisure such as a spa centre, white water rafting, pitch & put, four and five star hotels, front-line cuisine, business incubators, etc.
Let’s not forget about the Basilica del Pilar, which set nearby, links you with the city centre, where Roman ruins remains and other emblematic landmarks can be found.
